Building strength isn't just about lifting weights—it's about restoring balance, supporting your body’s natural mechanics, and fueling your system the right way. At our clinic, you have the option to be under chiropractic care in which we start by identifying and correcting any structural imbalances, joint dysfunctions, or movement limitations. From there, we guide you through functional strength-building techniques that align with your body’s unique needs.
Why it matters: Strength is foundational to your health. It protects your joints, boosts your metabolism, improves posture, and helps prevent injury. More importantly, being strong helps you move through life with confidence, resilience, and less pain. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic fatigue, or simply want to feel more capable day to day—getting strong is a key step in reclaiming your health.
-
The food you eat is more than just fuel—it's information for your body. In our approach, we help you move away from fad diets and one-size-fits-all plans, and instead focus on nourishing your body with whole, anti-inflammatory foods that support healing, energy, and strength. We start by identifying food sensitivities, nutrient deficiencies, and gut imbalances through personalized testing and evaluation. From there, we guide you in creating a sustainable nutrition plan that aligns with your body’s needs, lifestyle, and health goals.
Why it matters: What you eat directly impacts your inflammation levels, hormone balance, immune function, and even your mood. Nutrition is the core pillar of health because it gives your body the building blocks it needs to heal, repair, and thrive. Whether you're struggling with pain, fatigue, digestive issues, or just want to feel better day to day—eating intentionally can change everything.

Our interventions are designed to support your body’s natural healing systems by addressing the root causes of dysfunction rather than simply masking symptoms. We integrate a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
Chiropractic care to restore structural alignment, pain relief, improve nervous system function, and relieve musculoskeletal stress that may be impacting hormonal and systemic balance.
Hormone optimization to correct imbalances in thyroid, adrenal, and sex hormones that can affect energy, weight, mood, and sleep.
Peptide therapy, using targeted signaling molecules that promote cellular repair, metabolism, immune health, and cognitive performance.
Lifestyle interventions, such as customized nutrition, sleep optimization, stress reduction, and movement strategies, to create a sustainable foundation for long-term wellness.
Why it matters:
Each intervention is personalized to your unique physiology and goals. When aligned properly, these tools work synergistically to restore balance, reduce inflammation, and reactivate the body’s capacity to heal. The result isn’t just symptom relief — it’s a true return to health, resilience, and quality of life.
The origin of this Functional Medicine/Wellness clinic was born out of necessity! Truly, Dr. Pearlman started his chiropractic clinic in 2020, offering nutrition guides to those who inquired. As time passed, more and more people seeking additional health guidance fell short of their individual goals. Whether it was due to a well-run ad that promised rapid weight loss or an exercise device that lacked hands-on guidance, many invested in popular influencers' health programs, only to spend thousands of dollars and still feel lost, ending up back where they started.
Enough was enough. Dr. Pearlman and his wife share a unique situation: a passion to help people within their respective professions and a drive to seek ideal learning opportunities to find clinically proven, effective solutions within the healthcare space. Nurse Practitioner Jen Pearlman has a background as an ICU nurse and a post-surgical orthopedic attending nurse. For the last three years, she has been heavily invested in functional medicine and hormone therapy as a primary access provider at an integrated clinic in Colleyville, TX. Together, they now guide people with specific oversight and care plans aimed to maximize health and performance.
